Sorry for the late answer, I've been busy at work and i've had trouble on my own satellite forum, and that alone has taken 99% of my time. Most guys have Satellite dishes for hobbies, A setup for the above would cost you around $1200. Now thats a lot of money but like I said lots of guys out there have plenty of dishes and plenty of decoders. I now have 12 dishes and a full control room of monitors and get around 700 channels in total.
Don't complain about my spelling and my grammar because the Heart Attack and Finally the STROKE SCREW ME. Now I have to go back to square one to learn
There are a lot of satellites up there falcon, you need practically a dish per bird. Very rare that they are so close together (you have technical regulations restricting the proximity of them to each other) that you can actually receive the broadcast with a twin LNB from both.
If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all
Yes I dedicate my favourite channels to a seperate monitor, and that can can be switched to my main TV (135CM)anytime. Its just as well I live on acreage with all these dishes, people around my area still are scratching their head what I do with all of them. I have my own Satellite Forum's and this also involves Ethnic Pay TV which sometimes some members get out of hand (abuse) Videoland USA is still running in FTA mode. Satman

The best thing to do is to join some Satellite forums where you can ask heaps of question and get many answers from most of the members the Biggest Sat forum in Australia for Australia is Austech. http://www.austech.info/index.php My own group of Forums mainly deals with Ethnic Pay TV But there is some help for the Free to air scene. http://www.aus-city.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi If you are an Ethnic in Australia you have smorgasboard of channels, but for English channels they are limited thanks to Murdoch and Foxtel screwing the Free To Air Satellite operators. It all depends what you want to watch and how much you want to spend. Satman
