Mate, Ford or Holden...I don't care...but come back and do it again next year heh! (but.... with Murph again would be good!)

Was good to have you back ol soldier.....the series is the poorer without you!

i think he raced very well and shut a lot of the doubters up. the way he drove after a poor wet stint that wasn't his fault was great, those 2 make a good combo. well done, robbed by the SC.

Yeah, he was back to (almost) his best. Interesting what Mosler heard on the scanner. It explains a bit.

Hey 1907...think that I have worked it out....I had NO expectations of an FPR win today...so not feeling ripped off or let down!

Come back next year - enduro's or full time with SGR, I don't care...at least stay involved with the team and regularly test with them and develop their 2010 car with them!

Skaifey should never have been forced into retirement by Holden.

He proved this weekend, beyond a doubt, that he is as good as anybody out there if all he has to do is drive the friggin car!!

Skaifey and Murp have unfinished business, neither has won Bathurst in a FORD!!

Posted in the Murf topic REM...

But basically that from Thursday onwards it was clear Murf's feedback involved telling the team the car was Sh*t and that was about it.

Skaife gave clear - and extremely detailed feedback on the car and it seemed Murf was suprised at how good his changes made the car.

In Qualifying Murf lost his way with setup, and admitted to the team he was lost and had no idea which direction to take.

MS gave clear concise feedback which resulted in massive gains. Both drivers complained the car was terrible on Thursday, and by Friday afternoon MS was only talking about improving the car over the grate at Reid Park. MS commented that he felt there wouldnt be many cars better then theirs at that point. A very positive weekend for Mark, and one he clearly enjoyed.
