Yeah you'd think with all his skills, Marquez could do good starts, but he's still young, and I'm sure he'll get a lot better at them in the future.

Remind me if I ever come up behind Webber at a red light, to pick the other lane.

What for? With Webber, you'd be ahead of him at the lights!

Crazy race at Aragon last night. Couldn't believe that Pedrosa and Marquez stayed out as long as they did. Great ride from Lorenzo, kept pace with the Hondas and used his head a lot better. Fantastic results for Espargaro and Crutchlow, too.

Good to see that Rossi and Iannone are okay.

That was by far the best MotoGP race I've watched. To be fair, I've probably only watched like 30 total. But it was great, because you just didn't know who was going to win. It was a big decision of Marquez and Pedrosa to stay out. I knew both would fall off. They were slipping about way too much, it was a certainty. Lorenzo was smart to pit when he did, and it paid off in a big way. It's a shame Iannone fell off early, as I wonder where he might have figured in the end. Could've scored a podium for sure. Good to hear Rossi is ok.

Pretty good debut for Suzuki who are running a wildcard entry for one of their bikes at Valencia just before their two bike campaign starts next year. To be 1.4 seconds off Marquez's pace is pretty good considering when they were testing the bikes last year I think and were 3-4 seconds or more shy of top running times.

To respond to Bruce in the NRL thread: it is probably the single hardest loss I have had to deal with at Souths to lose Bully. Much worse than Sam Burgess as he didn't symbolise Souths as Bully did. I think a lot will underestimate just how much a loss he will be to Souths but I fully understand how engrossed he is with NZ and I think given that he will make the successful transition that others haven't.

The bad thing with Mahindra is if he doesn't perform they get rid of him mid season like they did with Arthur Sissis. To me the team needs to perform and provide a reasonable bike.

I saw he had a ride but didn't look to closely.
I didn't even realise that Mahindra made bikes!

There are 9 Mahindra bikes and 2 of which are in the Honda racing stable. This is the team that Arthur was in before he was replaced by Migno who now is with Sky Racing (Valentino RossisTeam). That is why I am a bit concerned for Remmy's future. They hire and fire at the drop of a hat. Indian owned paying engineering from a major moto3 Team.

Shame that rain didn't really happen in the rain like it looked as though it might. Iannone looked fast in the rain, would've been a nice different winner for a change. But, not a bad race otherwise.
