Hilarious that Boost Mobile think the problem is not their drivers.

Ford fans be proud. History of Australian motor racing shows Ford has been and will always be superior. They have to slow them down when they get serious about racing. The Phase 4 scared the **** out of people, they banned it. Sierra gets called on a technicality, Falcon EF "...had its wings clipped to make Holden part of the show", AU not allowed to show it's potential, Falcon BF gets clipped. Mustang Is so good Supercars made up a rule and gets a bag of cement in the roof, and it still wins.

If they bring Heimgartner with them I might support half of them.

Always been a fan of Rick Kelly :)

This article also talks about Team 18 being an interested party in a second REC. What if we all have the Chaz situation wrong and he is actually going to join Frosty there?

Old SBR engines apparently.

I wonder if the Matt Stone Racing enterprise, including half the old SBR brains trust holds the technology and design rights from those engines.

If so, it might be simple to do a part exchange for the two spare Kelly RECs, or at least lease them. Unless, of course, they were part of the Erebus purchase, which could assist Erebus if it, too, goes Mustang.

Those SBR engines were very good. 888 obviously though so, and there were a string of championships. The new rules for 2020 will be removing some power from the newer engines in any case.

Chaz is WAU signed and sealed.

I bet he is thankful he did not sign at Penske to play second fiddle.

The way Chaz does repetitive FUBARs and runs into his team mates, time and time again....I am now pleased he's not going to DJRTP as well....

Two good drives from Caruso and Tander on the weekend. Is there hope for either to re-claim a seat on the grid?

I betting that Chaz signed with WAU before the season started. He wanted to follow Frosty's example but missed out on an open seat. Chaz has been all over the place this year and not his jovial self. He expected better things out of WAU and the Mustang not to be so good.

It's a pity Tickford is going for Le Brock, Caruso has the skills on him I think and could probably be had for not much cost. But it depends on the sponsors.

Hope not, I prefer to see some new guys/publicity stunts enter the series.

Le Brocq had a stunning year last year. Clear as day he doesn't have the machinery under him this year.
Tickford should've picked him up last year, instead of Lee.

Not sure Randle did himself too many favours to grab that gig off Lee, he seemed to be on the ragged edge most of the weekend
Having said that, Lee was a little disappointing - worst of the 'stang drivers speed wise over the weekend (but the 3rd best finisher).

For mine, Golding earnt a stay for next year, assuming GRM hang around.
Whilst Stanaway and Jacobson played dodgems.

Le Brocq will be at Tickford next year along with Waters, Holdsworth and Davo (Team Red).

Agree, Golding impressed! Let's hope GRM hang around and also get him a teammate who knows how to find his own head from within his asshole.

I thought so originally too but his record when at GRM was worse than Holdsworth's so not sure he would be much of an improvement on what Lee's displaying now - at least Le Brocq has untapped potential.

We're all here, we're the Bathurst boys; and you can't hear Richo above the noise...
