Pye I reckon.

Of course its Pye. Paul Morris's body language from the Enforcer/Dude show blurted out Pye had a deal and logic says its Team 18.

Has a driver pairing ever gone from one team to another in the same move? One for the history buffs.

Courtney also wants Perkins to follow him over.

I read that and laughed. Why would you get a shadow like Jack when Golding is easily available?

Referring to co-driving.
Golding should still be gunning for a full-time gig.

I sort of agree, but a full time gig with GRM in 2020 could potentially provide him with a series win in TCR and S5000. He could still co-drive in Supercars. That is a very full season of racing.

Supercars: probably mid field at best based on the options still available.

But, with a couple of Australian Championships to his name, he might get a very good drive in 2021. A couple of GRM drivers have gone on to greater things once that got a seat in a potentially winning car.

Peter Brock and Brian Sampson drove together for HDT in 1974 and then Gown-Hindhaugh in 1975

Steven Richards and Matt Neal drove together for GRM in 1997 and then Team Dynamics in 1998

Pye officially gone from Walkinshaw.

That leaves... Stanaway? Hazlewood? Brown? Those spoken about at least.

You could possibly add Fullwood to the list.

Don't forget that Ryan Walkinshaw was throwing out some serious hints that WAU could import a driver for 2020.

Born: 24 November 1991 (age 27 years), Tauranga, New Zealand.

But Ryan was was talking about possibly importing a driver, and certainly all three owners are from overseas and two, at least, Brown and Andretti have some genuine knowledge of suitable drivers.

My money is on Stanaway and the deal was more then likely brokered upon boost pulling GRMs pin.

In other news, unfortunately theyíre going to flog night racing and ruin it, thought they were suppose to be cutting costs? Also in 2020 AA are saying more live races.

This is going WAAAAAAY out on a limb, but a limb nonetheless: James Hinchcliffe has lost his IndyCar ride for 2020. He ran Bathurst in a one off with Rossi.

Just more data to punch into the computer.

Hinchcliffe fulltime would be interesting... as long as the endless "Hinchtown" carry on is at a minimum
