can't believe this wasn't started already...

somehow it seems she has clipped the rear of a car early on, then into the wall, then high speed down the inside of the corner which is where she comes into view in this clip...

how she isn't dead is a testament to the car builders for sure though I am hearing she will be undergoing surgery for back injuries today...

even more impressive is the photographer's structure that she slammed into... if you take note EXACTLY where she hits a photographer is standing!!!

hoping to hear in the coming days that all 5 injured (2 drivers, 2 photographers, 1 marshall) will make a full recovery...

She has a fractured spine but is ok (don't know how) and the others are supposed to be fine also.
Obviously her number wasn't up.

guessing her injury was when she went head first into the photographer's booth.

Horrific accident.

Extremely fortunate for all involved that there were no fatalities

RIP LJ - loved and never forgotten.

"It was dry for the second go-around. Grice, nervous, worrying about his Bathurst jinx, ran 2:25.9. The amazing Brock, using every last centimetre of bitumen, yet keeping the car straight and balanced and at full noise, came back with a staggering 2:20.0 as if to say: "Match that". And people just shook their heads, bit their lips and wondered who would be second".

The Peter Brock trophy is now where it belongs.

Didn't she have another big one earlier this year? Cleaned up a limping car that had no warning flags out for it or something?
