I see the RBR cars already have the BMW colours, white, light blue and dark blue.

Is there any truth to this, or just REM suggesting that T8 will once again get one over Walkinshaw?

Mercedes 888 seems more likely as they already work together in GT3. Plus the silly restrictions on engines, that cost Betty so much, no longer exist.

On the other hand, RedBull has good connections with Honda.

What possible logic is there in BMW and Mercedes competing in a parity formula against cars that are pieces of crap in comparison?Mercedes blocked any use of their name in 2013 and the category has sunk since then.
Supercars have been chasing BMW forever with no reciprocal interest.

Manufacturers such as BMW may find competing against a Mustang more palatable than a Falcon or Commodore though, however I also still find it unlikely.
