Race weekend- and apparently rain is a good chance too!

A wet race could be pretty wild out the back of the circuit. I hope we get some dry running to see how the soft tyres finally go at the circuit.

We're all here, we're the Bathurst boys; and you can't hear Richo above the noise...

If we get a wet race or races then I'm gonna tip Chaz to get his first win for WAUFC. He and Giz always seem to be the biggest standouts in those conditions.

Right-o, THERE!

My contribution for this round's spoliers thread:

"The single-compound tyre formula will also remain in place, with five sets of softs available to each car from the start of Saturday qualifying."

If it rains, count the times Skaifey says “Shane’s the best wet weather specialist, bar none!”....he nearly wore “Shane’s the undisputed street master” out last time..

Is the sponsorship from a Kia dealership on the WAU cars new? Possible hint at the future?

First pole position (and shootout win) for Walkinshaw Andretti United since Homebush 2016, almost 110 qualifying sessions ago.

This is also the first time Chaz has won a shootout that he will actually start from pole for as he was given his first championship shootout win for Bathurst weeks after the event and didn't get to start from pole.

Scott McLaughlin is on a run of 7 round podiums from the first 7 rounds which hasn't happened since 1994 with Skaife.

Hope for a good race.

with how long it took Scott to get back on track he likely won't even get back in front of him with that.

JW was out of control abd there is no excuse for that to not be a drive through. bad call Craig :(
