Mostly based on current rumours -

WAU - Pye/Mostert

RBHRT - SVG/Whincup

DJRTP - McLaughlin/Coulthard

Tickford/23Red - Waters/Holdsworth/Lebroq/Davison

KR - Kelly/Heimgartner

Erebus - Reynolds/Depasquale

T18 - Winterbottom/Deselvestro

MSR - Slade/?

BJR/Blanchard/Bright - Percat/?/Jones/Smith

Sydney - Courtney/Brown

Where too for Golding, Stanaway, Hazelwood, Jacobson?
Fullwood needs a seat too imo

Really looking forward to a Castrol Mustang!
I wonder if Super cheap are staying with Tickford or following Mostert to WAU? Tim should show him the door now after the stunt he pulled at Bathurst, again!

New Commodore Hey! So you used your own money? Would you like to buy a used bridge?

I've always had the feeling Supercheap go with Chaz.

SCA could easily stay with PRA, we seen them at other teams including PMM, PWR and Ellery all those years ago.

On the other hand, WAU need a new sponsor and decent steerer so win win if SCA/Mozzie move to them.

Enter the sold two KR REC's. TasV8's link suggests Team18 and MSR have bought one each. Where to for Bright's (MSR suggested having 2 cars? Sydney team)?

This would also mean Team18 have a new opening - who goes there?
They say Hazlewood and Slade will definitely be moving on... and Pye isn't confirmed at WAU either.

Every year seems to top the one before.

Without sifting through the entire thread, I thought Todd had re-signed with MSR earlier? I am more than likely wrong, but yay or nay guys?

Nah Matt Stone gave him notice ages ago he wouldn't be there next season... they want a more experienced driver and rumours say it'll be Slade... could actually go quite well in a 888 car... trying to remember if Slade has ever driven one?

Ahhh... thanks, Dan. I knew he was in the news for the ride, but I was 180 degrees out.

More experienced! Who was driving the First car out at Bathurst due to driver error! Todd has proven he is a much better proposition than Tim, dumb move!

I tend to agree, I think Todd has been incredibly impressive this year.

To answer an earlier question, I don't think Slade has ever been in T8 machinery. He's had PMM, SBR, Walkinshaw, BJR. I think a big link for Slade will be working with Wes McDougall again (if he is still at MSR?). They had some very impressive results together at SBR a few years ago.

MSR confirmed for (probably) 2 cars.

Maybe Todd to BJR?

My thought is Percat Jones Hazelwood and Smith at BJR. If Slade goes to MSR who is out of contract to Join him. Pye Silvestro are the only two notable drivers that come to mind. Stanaway and Jacobsen could be available but they aren't proven yet so I can only imagine MSR are looking for drivers with a budget and experience.

To dare is to do.

Maybe Todd to BJR?

The Kelly REC replaces the leased Bright REC to be used for the 35 car and the Bright REC is rumoured to be going to BJR 4 car outfit.
Another purchased or leased rec would be for a 2 driver team if it gets through the debate currently going on.

Yep! 4pm today cutoff, but probably some more later this year.
quote:
“We’re obviously buoyed by an increased interest around RECs versus this time a year ago.

“But I can’t make any decisions as to what things are going to look like.”

Seamer has confirmed today’s deadline is not the ultimate cut-off for 2020 entries.

There will be a process for teams or interested parties wishing to enter the 2020 championship, who have been unable to obtain a REC, to purchase an entry handed back to Supercars.

MSR has already told Speedcafe.com it may take up this procedure if it cannot secure a second REC for a possible expansion to two cars.

“For example, if we had 24 entries next week, and interested parties had been unable to obtain a REC, then we will consider a process post that,” stated Seamer.

Speedcafe.com understands the number of RECs entered for next year will range from 22 to 26 entries.

More rubbery administration! Today is the deadline, unless somebody else wants in, so we will keep it open just in case, but today is the deadline!
Tosser! KRT and GRM have been under undue pressure to sort themselves for next year, and the governing body Can't get their **** in a pile? It's no wonder we see stuff like what happened at Bathurst!
