As if you think about it they are advertising motorsport to be "Super Sunday , 9.30pm" So when you think about it what will happen when we get to rounds like Canada or Japan ? It just does not seem right!
Ten over the past few years have shown the Canadian Grand prix on the main channel as its at a respectable time that it doesnt affect shows like Justine Schofields and they have shown the Japanese Grand Prix live on Ten, but it all depends on whether or not Masterchef is still on during that time as that will get priority over any thing that normal sports fans want to watch. |

Ten announced that Adelaide and Perth would now get the races live on One HD, while Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane would still get races in standard definition on Ten.

| The issue will remain for the eastern states when masterchef is on at the same time as the races as it usually goes overtime. The same with the biggest looser final that also goes overtime by a massive margin so in reality those in the eastern states may not get all of the rounds actually live. |

The offical statment from ten http://tensport.com.au/motorsport-motorsport-statement.htm do not use the word HD or SD in the statement once which is what got me thinking that it may not be in HD for the west.
