Big story coming out about the Toyota Supra coming in 2026 with Walkinshaw.
Parity will be a problem for them with 3 brands now.

Have heard this too, a mate told me at Sandown. I dismissed it, but he assured me it was true.

Expect an announcement this week, maybe Thursday.

Turns out announcement was this morning!

Firing this up again - Slade confirms departure...which either opens up a chance for Frosty or puts one really handy driver and an excellent driver into the co-driver market.

Stanaway is the favourite apparently.
I'm still 50/50 on him, or maybe I'm just nostalgic for Frosty...

I'll admit it, I dislike watching Frosty driving around for chicken feed. He was so fast in his prime, and in a strong car with some wildcards and a top enduro drive it would be great to see him thrive.

We easily forget how dangerous he was as a qualifier in 2007/2008...on any given day, he would take pole.

I'd like to see more wild cards run like CLs car, no secret that I am not Frostys biggest fan but he has a lot of valuable experience to share with the future drivers entering the championship

After Stanaway's weekend, PremiAir would be crazy not to take him. The guy can clearly steer and has more time left than Frosty.

That leaves Frosty where? Agree, he needs a top enduro drive rather than another mid-pack gig.
Taking the Moffat seat is a no brainer. That or a reunion with Chaz.

I don't get the Stanaway comments. If you're only good get at one track (& when it rains), you can't drive for a full season of 13 rounds. His now had 3 teams let him go, how many chances does he deserve?

And reading a bit between the lines on Frosty's post Bathurst videos, I'd say you can almost lock him into a co-driver role for 2025..

Could be argued the only track Frosty performs at is either Tassie or Darwin ;D. Given Reynolds results this year, we know it's the car.

I see your point, but Stanaway has moments of greatness, on arguably the biggest stage. He'd be my pick.
As I say above, Frosty should be driving next to Waters or Mostert next year. Maybe even 888 if Whincup chooses to takeover the wildcard program.

Frosty should 100% go and be a top co driver. Or run a wildcard car.

For the final premiair seat though, they need someone alongside holding who can really develop that car. Kostecki is that guy, but has gone elsewhere. Anton is not that guy, they did well to avoid.

Maybe Stanaway is that guy?

I agree, Frosty's time as a full timer is up.. I want to see him as a co-driver in a top team & not at the back of the gird week in, week out. Look at Pye & Hazelwood, both had crap sessions last year & won big races this year.
